Education is the cornerstone of national development and the primary vehicle for social mobility and economic prosperity. Lesotho's education system faces significant challenges that undermine its ability to prepare youth for the demands of the 21st century. This comprehensive education transformation plan outlines the Popular Front for Democracy's vision for creating a world-class education system that prepares all Basotho youth for successful futures and contributes to national development.

Our transformation plan addresses systemic issues including curriculum relevance, teacher quality, infrastructure deficits, technology integration, and education financing. Through targeted investments and strategic reforms, we aim to create an education system that fosters creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and lifelong learning.
